Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 1 cup molasses

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add rice to Kitchen Mill, and grind into flour.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt to WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 23 times to sift ingredients.
  4. Add oatmeal, secure lid, and pulse 35 times.
  5. Add molasses, buttermilk, and butter and secure lid. Select "Batter."
  6. Pour batter into greased pan, and bake for approximately 30 minutes.

Notes

Replace the oatmeal with poha (rice flakes) or other gluten-free flakes.
