  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 orange peeled and halved
  • 1 apple cored and quartered
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup Medjool dates approximately 8-10, pitted

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid. Press "Speed Up" to Speed 1, and run for 10 seconds.
  2. Increase to Speed 5, and run for 35 seconds.

Notes

For a less sweet sauce, use prunes in place of dates.

    This is my favorite recipe of all time. I use two oranges and omit the orange juice.
