  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen peach slices

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Ice Crush" or blend on a Medium to Medium-Low for 30-40 seconds.

    I could not taste the banana in this. Only the peaches. I froze my fruit though. I thought it was delicious.

    Really? I couldn’t taste the banana. I used a frozen one though. Not sure if that makes a difference.

    Can you use frozen thawed organic spinach?

    Used a whole peach, banana, handful of greens and some ginger. Turned out really good.
