Ingredients
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 1/2 cups cooked cracked wheat
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 cup instant powdered milk
- 1 1/4 cups low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add eggs to Mix n Blend II mixing bowl; mix until eggs are well beaten.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

Substitute cottage cheese with cheddar cheese and/or top with white sauce.
