Ingredients
- 1/2 medium banana
- 2 tbsp. agave (or honey or maple syrup)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 4 fl. oz. water
- 1 medium orange peeled & halved
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. agave (or honey or maple syrup)
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 8 fl. oz. light coconut milk (canned)

Instructions
- To make the Pina Colada portion of the smoothie, add coconut milk, banana, agave, salt & pineapple to jar in order listed and secure lid. Blend on "Smoothie" cycle or on a Medium speed for 50 seconds.
- Pour into glasses until half-way full.
- To make the Strawberry Daiquiri portion of the smoothie, add water, orange, lime juice, agave & strawberries to jar in order listed and secure lid. Blend on "Smoothie" cycle or on a Medium speed for 50 seconds.
- Gently pour on top of Pina Colada to fill glass and enjoy!
If you’re saying that fruit is not good for you I think you need to study up on your nutrition facts. Yes, you shouldn’t have excess because it does have sugar,(natural sugar, not refined) but there are many other health benefits to fruit.
I eat fruits low in sugar, such as blueberries, blackberries etc.
Nowhere did I say that I do not consume fruits !

The Blendtec and the Wildside+ jar are amoral. We can add healthy ingredients or not-so-healthy ingredients.With that said, enjoy my party version. I am substituting agave and the salt for sweetened coconut soy milk and adding coconut rum to make the "Adult Party" version. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a strawberry.
