Mayonnaise Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 cup salad oil
- 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. kosher salt

Instructions
- Add egg yolk to Mix n Blend II mixing bowl. Beat egg until it begins to thicken, and then stir in flour.
- Add a drop or two of oil and beat it in, and then add a drop or two more of oil and beat it in. Repeat this process three more times.
- When mixture becomes thick, add lemon juice and then begin beating in oil again until all oil is added. Beat in salt.
- This dressing will keep for 2 weeks or more if kept in a cool place.
Note: If the oil doesn't unite with the egg, it will be necessary to begin over again. Clean the mixing bowl, add an egg yolk, and beat in the oil-and-egg mixture that failed to unite, drop by drop.
