Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. apple juice concentrate
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1 tsp. ground sunflower seeds optional
  • 1/4 cup honey heated
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest grated, optional
  • 1/4 tsp. maple extract
  • 1 cup raisins or chopped dates optional
  • 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut optional
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. water or canola oil
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. ground flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Add oats and flour to WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 2–3 times.
  2. Add apple juice concentrate, honey, vanilla extract, maple extract, and water or oil.
  3. Add any desired optional items except raisins or dates, and pulse 2–3 times. Spread mixture on baking sheets.
  4. Bake for 2 hours at 150°F, stirring every ½ hour.
  5. Add raisins or dates, if desired, after baking.
