- 2 tbsp. apple juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
- 1 tsp. ground sunflower seeds optional
- 1/4 cup honey heated
- 1 tsp. lemon zest grated, optional
- 1/4 tsp. maple extract
- 1 cup raisins or chopped dates optional
- 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut optional
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. water or canola oil
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. ground flaxseed

Instructions
- Add oats and flour to WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 2–3 times.
- Add apple juice concentrate, honey, vanilla extract, maple extract, and water or oil.
- Add any desired optional items except raisins or dates, and pulse 2–3 times. Spread mixture on baking sheets.
- Bake for 2 hours at 150°F, stirring every ½ hour.
- Add raisins or dates, if desired, after baking.
