Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher or sea salt
  • 1.67 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add first 4 ingredients to jar and secure lid.
  3. Blend on Speed 1 (Low) for 15 seconds.
  4. Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and 1 cup oats to jar and secure lid.
  5. Blend on Speed 1 (Low) for 10-15 seconds.
  6. Using a Spoonula or rubber scraper, fold in remaining oats, cranberries and chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon tablespoon size balls onto parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F.
