  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup dried white beans
  • 1 cup long-grain brown rice
  • 1 cup tapioca pearls

Instructions

  1. Add brown rice, white beans, and tapioca pearls to Kitchen Mill, and grind into flour.
  2. Transfer flour to bowl, add cornstarch, and mix well.
  3. Use immediately or store in zip-top bag in refrigerator or freezer.

  • Blendtec

    We recommend using the Kitchen Mill to make this mix. The Mill produces the finest flour, also, grinding dry beans with the Blendtec Blender will not produce desired product for this mix.
