Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla (or your choice of milk)
  • 8 Ginger Snap cookies
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/2 medium banana optional

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to WildSide+ or FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid. 
  2. Select "Smoothie" cycle or blend on a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.

Notes

To make thicker, add more cookies.

To make thinner, decrease ice.

To increase protein, use a vanilla protein shake in place of milk.
