- 8 Ginger Snap cookies
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. molasses
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/2 medium banana optional

- Add ingredients to WildSide+ or FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid.
- Select "Smoothie" cycle or blend on a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.
Notes
To make thicker, add more cookies.
To make thinner, decrease ice.
To increase protein, use a vanilla protein shake in place of milk.
