  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 apple cored and quartered
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 oz. raw almonds

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Whole Juice" or blend on a Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.

    1 oz. of almonds…as in weigh out 1 ounce? Or 1/8 cup to approximately equal 1 fluid oz. Abang Musik

    It’s a post workout recovery shake. Carbs are the point of this recipe.

    Use a whole banana, especially if you have an apple that’s a little large. It will change the nutritional data slightly. But it is pretty tasty, especially if you use vanilla unsweetened almond milk.
