How is the taste of the actual soup that is posted? I check reviews to learn about the recipe, flavour, etc. Not to read about whether or not dairy is good for us or about GMO’s.

I do mine with fresh tomatoes, then I bring it to a boil and simmer it for at least 1 hour. The red color comes back and the healthy lycopenes in the tomatoes are higher from cooking it.

This quote "The countries with the most dairy consumption have the most bone diseases and cancers" is a perfect example of a non causal relationship. I can see you are doing your research but it’s in the wrong places.
The fact that you own a blendtec shows your interest in nutrition and health in general, and that’s a great start. Let the experts inform the public.

This soup is delicious and soooo easy :) l made a few changes to it, making it even easier. Also after reading the reviews I too decided to cut back on the onion, (just a bit much for us since it’s basically raw) but so good for you :) Also added some healthy fat to it, but Blendtec did a great job on this one. The beans are great way to add that creaminess. Thank you Blendtec :)
