  • 12 fl. oz. orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Smoothie" or blend on a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.

Notes

To make this recipe vegan, replace yogurt with 2 tbsp chia seeds.

    I make something similar, but use coconut water…even the flavored kind has less sugar than orange juice. The agave is not needed.

    super sweet. no agave needed at all. next time i will half the orange juice and sub the rest with coconut water.

    Replace OJ with unsweetened almond milk and drop the yogurt & ice cubes. Add blueberries and a hand full of walnuts

    No wonder it is tasty…24 grams of sugar…equivalent of 6 teaspoons of sugar is not healthy
