Ingredients
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/3 cup nuts chopped
- 1 1/4 cups reduced-fat milk

Instructions
- Add flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder to Mix n Blend II blender jar. Secure lid and press "Pulse" 3–5 times to sift dry ingredients.
- Add oil and milk to jar and secure lid. Select "Batter."
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Grease a medium-sized, shallow pan, and spread ½-inch thick layer of batter in pan.
- Bake until slightly golden, approximately 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil corn syrup in pot until corn syrup forms thread; stir until creamy. When bread is almost baked, cover with corn syrup, sprinkle with nuts, and finish baking.
- Let cool and then cut into squares.
