Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds soaked for 3 hours and drained
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup water divided
- 0.66 cup dates
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp. cocoa or cacao powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°F.
- Add almonds, pecans and ¼ water to FourSide jar and secure lid. Blend on a Low speed for 20 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients to jar in order listed and secure lid. Blend on a Low speed for 30 seconds.
- Oil (or spray with non-stick spray) a 9-x-9 inch pan and press mixture in to the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Cool completely and cut into eight 2-x-4 inch pieces.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and use within 3 days or freeze for up to one month.

Looks like it! I’m guessing the sweetness will come from the dates and the coconut. I’m going to try this!
