- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries

Instructions
- Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
- Select "Smoothie" or blend on a Low speed for 10 seconds, then a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 10 seconds, then Medium to Medium-High speed for 40 seconds.
I am so adding protein powder to this and red flowering kale.
Sounds good, but look at the Sugar content 36 g. Way too much sugar and too many carbs. That’s a day’s worth in one glass. I will try this one with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. The berries should supply all the sweet needed. If not, then maybe a teaspoon of honey, about 5-6 g or sugar.
My husband bought this for me for my birthday. I made this for us this morning and it is delicious. I cant wait to try more things with my blender.
