Ingredients
- 1/3 cup applesauce or canola oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 0.66 cup orange juice
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1.66 cup wheat berries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add wheat berries to Kitchen Mill, and grind into flour. Set aside.
- Add bananas, honey, orange juice, lemon juice, and applesauce or oil to WildSide+ jar. Secure lid and select "Batter."
- Add remaining ingredients, secure lid, and press "Pulse" 6–8 times or until ingredients are incorporated.
- Coat muffin tins with cooking spray, and fill ¾ full with batter.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
Yes, you can. Just make sure you grind the wheat berries before adding them (or just use flour). You may have to stop during blending and scrape the sides with a spatula and push the ingredients back down to the blade. Happy blending!

Really a flop for me. Maybe there should be eggs listed on here. All the muffins I ever made and the ones in the blendtec cookbook have eggs. Went in the garbage… Been baking for years and wondered why no eggs?
