Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond pulp
- 1/4 avocado peeled and pitted
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/3 banana

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to Twister jar in order listed and place Twister lid on jar.
- Hold Twister lid and with other hand press speed up to "Speed 3".
- Turn the Twister lid counterclockwise during blending. Stop at 15 seconds.
- Apply to face and allow to set for 20 minutes.
- Remove facial with a damp cloth.
Almond meal may be used, but some water may be necessary to get the pasty texture desired for a facial.
i just assumed that it is the nut itself, the seed. Am I right?
It’s the by-product from blending almonds and making almond milk (it’s what is leftover after straining the almond milk).
Does the almond facial need to be refrigerated?
If it isn’t used right away, yes, it should be refrigerated.
