Sauerkraut [Recipe of the Week]

Want to try something different with cabbage? Try this homemade sauerkraut recipe, which is a great complement to a bratwurst, a Reuben, or a hot dog. Keep in mind that it takes at least 6 weeks for the sauerkraut to ferment, so start making it now.
Ingredients
1 head cabbage
1 tbsp caraway seeds
1 tbsp coarse kosher or sea salt
