We teamed up with Premier Protein to create these delicious, high-protein smoothie recipes that incorporate your protein shake! They are great for a post-workout recovery drink or a meal replacement.
Chocolate Banana Smoothie
- 5.5 fl oz Chocolate Premier Protein Shake*
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice cubes
Add ingredients to Blendtec jar in the order listed and blend on “Smoothie” cycle. Pour and enjoy!
Cinnamon Bun Protein Smoothie
- 5.5 fl oz Vanilla Premier Protein Shake*
- 1/4 banana
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 ¼ cup ice cubes
Add ingredients to Blendtec jar in the order listed and blend on “Smoothie” cycle. Pour and enjoy!
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
- 5.5 fl oz Vanilla Premier Protein Shake*
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup ice cubes

For any of these recipes, use the same amount of liquid that each recipe calls for (5.5 fl oz) and only 1/2 scoop of protein powder.
How much liquid is needed when using a protein powder??
