I love smoothies! They're so refreshing, and the flavor possibilities are endless. Smoothies are super quick and easy to make—in fact, in a Blendtec blender you can blend them in 40 seconds. That's right, 40 seconds. Here are some quick tips to help you make delicious smoothies.
How to make a fruit smoothie
- Liquid (such as milk, water, or fruit juice)
- Fresh or frozen fruits
- Ice (You won't need much ice if you use frozen fruit rather than fresh fruit.)
Add all ingredients in order listed to FourSide or WildSide+ jar. Secure lid and press "Smoothie." Enjoy!
How to make a green smoothie
- Liquid (such as milk, water, or fruit juice)
