Ingredients
- ¼ c half-and-half
- 3 oz sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tsp imitation vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
- 2 c whole-milk cubes (about 1 ice tray of frozen milk)
Instructions
- Place ingredients in your Blendtec blender and press the Ice Cream setting. Blend until thick and creamy. Enjoy!

Orange Creamsicle Ice Cream
6 oz of Vanilla Creamer
3/4 cup of cabbage
1/4 fresh orange (rind removed)
1/2 c. baby carrots or 1 medium carrot
1 Tablespoon of vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp. of Orange flavor
1/4 Avocado
2.5 cups of Ice
Add creamer, cabbage, orange and carrots to jar and secure lid. Select Speed 2 for 15 seconds to liquefy.
Add remaining ingredients to jar and secure lid. Select “Ice Cream” cycle.
Do you have the recipe for the healthy ice cream that is show cased on The Shopping Channel in Canada? The lady didnt give the whole recipe, just said it had carrots and avocado and ice. She said it tasted like an orange creamsicle.

I hear ya! I’ve found that experimenting with the amount of frozen milk cubes used can make it more creamy and rich. You could also use more cream!
