¼ c grapeseed oil
1¼ c fresh apricots, halved, pitted, and peeled

This easy to make vinaigrette is the perfect combination of apricot and orange flavor. It will complement any summer salad, for even more flavor, try adding goat cheese and freshly cut pears to top off your salad.
