Kelly I need some help making up smoothies and you seem to be very creative! I can’t do all the sugar that a base of apple juice or orange juice gives, what else can I use? Is there a formula for replacing ice cubes with frozen fruit? I also don’t like the green base smoothies but struggle with too much sugar in the all fruit ones, any suggestions?
    Thanks Kelly!

    Hi,
Is it possible to add 2 cups of spinach to all of these – or what can I do to modify some of these recipes to include spinach or Kale, etc.
    Thanks, Kathy
