Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic, quartered
1⁄2 tsp kosher salt

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic, quartered
1⁄2 tsp kosher salt
15 oz can chickpeas, drained and 3-4 tbsp liquid reserved
1 cup roasted red peppers
1⁄2 tsp ground cumin
1⁄8 tsp cayenne pepper

Black Bean Hummus
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic, quartered
1⁄2 tsp kosher salt
15 oz can black beans, drained and 1 tbsp liquid reserved
1⁄2 tsp ground cumin
1⁄4 tsp cayenne pepper
1⁄4 tsp smoked paprika

7 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp lime zest
2 tbsp tahini
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, loosely packed

Ingredients

15 oz can sun-dried tomatoes, drained and ¼ cup liquid reserved

White Bean Hummus
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic, quartered
1⁄2 tsp kosher salt 15 oz can white beans, drained
1⁄2 tsp ground cumin
2 drops Tabasco sauce (or to taste)

I believe you accidentally repeated the amount of chickpeas and withheld the amount of sundries tomatoes in the recipe for sundries tomato hummus. I’d love to get the full recipe. Thank you.

This recipe has been updated. You should use a 15 oz can of sun-dried tomatoes, and reserve 1/4 cup of the liquid for the recipe.

I want to make the Sun Dried Tomato Hummus recipe, but the ingredients listed show a 15 oz. can of chickpeas listed TWICE and no amount of sun-dried tomatoes is given. How much sun-dried tomatoes should I add? And, can these be ‘dried’ or packed in oil, or water?
