You can also enter up to 3 ingredients you have on hand and search for find recipes using those ingredients.
Every recipe includes cooking instructions and nutritional information. Once you've selected a recipe, you can automatically add the ingredients (including quantities) to the Shopping List section of the app. You can also add, edit and rearrange ingredients manually and send your list via email.
