Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 24 fl. oz. water
  • 5 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash kosher or sea salt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Blend on "Smoothie" cycle or on a Medium speed for 40-50 seconds.
  3. Serve immediately or seal in an airtight mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Notes

For a sweeter beverage, add 1 tbsp of yacon syrup after mixture is blended and "Pulse" 2-4 times until well incorporated.
