Instructions
- Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
- Select "Smoothie" or blend on a Medium Low speed for 10 seconds and then a Medium High speed for 30 seconds.
Better than refined sugars and a chocolate bar though Kaiser
I’ve made this one a lot and always thought it was a little too sweet. I started using 1/2 cup of cashew or almond milk and only 1 cup of orange juice and that helped a lot. Not as sweet and just a little creamy. I also add a chunk of peeled ginger.
Too much carbs and sugars.
