Ingredients
- 3/4 cup red grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. orange zest 2 (1"x 1") pieces
- 1 1/2 tsp. grapefruit zest 2 (1"x 1") pieces
- 2 frozen strawberries hulled
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/8 tsp. xanthan gum
- 2 tsp. poppy seeds

Instructions
- Add grapefruit juice, oil, honey, orange zest, grapefruit zest, strawberries, and mustard to FourSide jar. Secure lid and select "Dressings."
- Remove vented lid insert, and add xanthan gum. Press "Pulse" 3–5 times or until dressing becomes slightly more viscous.
- Add poppy seeds, and press "Pulse" 2–3 times.
This recipe only requires 2 frozen strawberries.
