- 1/2 large carrot
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup frozen berries

Instructions
- Add ingredients in order listed to WildSide+ or FourSide jar and secure lid.
- Blend on "Smoothie" cycle or on a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.
Leave out the yogurt sweetheart….
Use a vegan yogurt, i.e. Almond, soy, rice, coconut

You can use soy or coconut yogurt if you’d like the thickness and probiotic benefit. Otherwise, omit the yogurt or add in dairy-free milk :)
PS, if you have a difficult time modifying recipes, you may find a vegan lifestyle challenging.
I am Celiac and need to modify MOST recipes – I’m certain you could figure out a way to modify for your "REQUIREMENT"!!!
YES WE CAN USE A VEGAN YOGURT – Still why on earth put a non vegan yogurt? – Don’t you know by now the cruelty on non- vegan yogurt, milk etc? – Baby calves are taken from their moms within 24 hours of being born and most slaughtered @ days or weeks – Most after spending these in cruel veal crates were the babies cant hardly walk or move around - 21st century wake-up :)
