Notes
Substitute 1⅓ cup of flour in place of the wheat berries.
This is the most error-laden recipe I’ve seen in a long time. "adn" s/b and; "buttles" should be bubbles; "over" should be oven.
Are the wheat berries cooked or raw? I never had them so I am unsure what to do with them.
Agreed, but you knew what they meant. ;>
But it’s sloppy! How long does it take to proofread. If no one is paying attention to detail here, are they in composing the recipe in the first place?
Wheat berries are raw, you blend them in the blendtec to make flour. If you don’t have them, you could just use flour. 1 cup of berries makes 1 and 2/3 cup. That’s an ish, I’m not 100%.
