Ingredients

  • 2 cups cornstarch
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups tapioca starch
  • 2 cups white rice

Instructions

  1. Add white rice to FourSide jar and secure lid. Press "Speed Up" to Speed 9, and run full cycle.
  2. Add rice flour to large bowl or zip-top bag.
  3. Add oats to jar and secure lid. Press "Speed Up" to Speed 7, and run cycle for 20 seconds.
  4. Add oat flour, cornstarch, and tapioca starch to rice flour; incorporate all ingredients.
  5. Use immediately or store in zip-top bag in refrigerator or freezer.

    Yes, the Blendtec will take raw, hard brown or white rice and make flour in 50 seconds. The texture of the flour is a little coarse, so if you want a finer flour, blend the flour for 50 more seconds and the result will be a nice rice pastry flour.
