Note: If your Blendtec doesn’t feature an Ice Cream/Frozen Yogurt button, blend on a Low speed for 15 seconds, then blend on a Medium High speed for 30 seconds. If more blending is required, press pulse several times until desired texture is achieved.
I had the same issue. I followed the instructions exactly and it still turned out liquid.
The milk should have still frozen into cubes. The only difference you should notice with 1% is it would be grainier (with less fat than whole milk). Please note that it comes out more like a soft serve right after blended. If you want it hardened, you’ll need to put it in the freezer for a couple of hours after blending.
Weird this was like a milkshake- liquid:/. What could have happened?
mine was liquid too. would have been more helpful if you told how many ice cubes are needed. when i put on ice cream cycle it came out very runny and was not ice cream
aslo i wish you would have spelled out teaspoon instead of tsp because it made me think it was tablespoon
