Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. honey (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
  • 3 medium carrots trimmed, peeled & cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp. walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to WildSide+ or FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid. 
  2. Blend on "Whole Juice" cycle or blend on a Medium to Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.

Note: Garnish with shredded coconut and/or nutmeg (optional).

    You can leave it out or use more frozen banana (1/4 to 1/2 more) or try a non-dairy milk (like almond milk). Let us know what you try and how it turns out!

    I think I might use goat or sheep yogurt with this ?

    Made this yesterday and followed the recipe exactly – the texture and consistency are more like whole juice rather than a smoothie, which I did not like. Will not make this one again.

    Try half frozen dragonfruit with a few pieces of Irish sea moss. You won’t be disappointed!

    I’ve been adding natural grass-fed goat whey protein powder to smoothies and homemade yogurt and it it a huge nutritional boost as well as thickener. No taste, no texture.
