  • 3 tbsp. caramel bits or 4 caramels
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 apples peeled and quartered
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar.
  2. Secure lid and select "Soup" or "90" or blend on a High speed for 90 seconds.

    Remember to remove the apple seeds! I’m surprised that wasn’t stated in the recipe. They are NOT good for you, unlike some other fruits/vegetables. Otherwise it sounds really good. Please re-adjust the recipe. Thanks.

    Actually, the amount of apple seeds you would be blending up in this recipe would not be harmful to you. I use whole apples, seeds and all in smoothies and have never had a problem. One would have to injest a large number of seeds to experience any ill effects.
