Ingredients

  • 2 oz. blue cheese crumbled
  • 3 oz. cheddar cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. kosher or sea salt
  • 8 oz. Neufchâtel cheese
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Add pecans to WildSide+ jar and secure lid.
  2. Press "Pulse" 3–5 times or until finely chopped. Pour onto flat surface.
  3. Add all other ingredients to WildSide+ jar and secure lid.
  4. Blend on a Low speed for 10–15 seconds or until ingredients are incorporated.
  5. Remove mixture from jar and form a ball. Roll ball in pecans.
  6. Cover with plastic, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving.
